candy talks to strangers

A little bit of blue tack, some fairy lights and some doe-eyed strangers can create one hell of an atmosphere. Armed with stories of white trash, county kisses, snowy nights and heartless arrests, I transformed my room into a cave of intrigue and mystique.

1.25pm, alone.

Today I discovered that sometimes beauty is found in our few moments of complete and utter vunerability. I feel this portrait captures one of the most beautiful elements of humanity, the ability to give our hearts uncritically.

Just beat it.

A few weeks ago I found myself upon the doorstep of the infamous Anthony Mundine's Gym, watching a couple of local's go at each other. However the more I watched it the more I realised the talent these boys had, especially my roommate Darryl a very well practiced Muay Thai fighter. I still don't know what that is actually, but enjoy the snaps.

Adorne necklace morphed into erm...boot cuffs one night. Mmmm now I can dress up without taking off my docs, my new favourite toy.

I have a small obsession with American style in the 90's, to the extent where I find myself watching my favourite soap "Beverly Hills 90210" and realising how much I dress like them. Acid wash, timberlands, dr martens, university sweaters and midriffs are the epitome of cool, or maybe I'm delusional and should go back ten years in time. Either way enjoy a stack of red, white and blue...Viva L'America!
